Turmeric Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is super easy to make and you probably have most of the ingredients already in your cupboard. You can add a mango, some blueberries or juiced carrots to the mix as well.

1 medium banana
1 cup milk (almond, rice or diary)
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp minced ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp honey or

Add all ingredient in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Top with a sprinkle of turmeric and a pinch of hemp seeds.
