This is hardly a recipe but it’s too good not to deserve it’s very own page. And it will be easier to find this way, too. Make sure you don’t leave the eggs in the oven for too long. And have some bread or toasted pita handy as you will want to dip it into the eggs!
1 Tbsp virgin olive oil
2 large eggs
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Pour olive oil into a ramekin and crack in the eggs.
Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of Dukkah over the top.
Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes for loose yolks, longer if you like them fully set.
Serve hot and enjoy!
