Pumpkin Spice Latte

I’ve officially joined the PSL revolution. Adding pumpkin, coconut oil and fall spice to my morning latte makes for a great start of the day. It’s not an everyday habit just yet, but a special treat for a special day. Give it a try and let us know what you think.

Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin flesh, room temperature or warmer
1 shot of a long espresso
1 cup of hot milk, ideally frothed
1 Tbsp coconut oil
A pinch each of cinnamon, ground ginger and nutmeg
1 tsp coconut sugar or 1 date (optional)

Instructions
Fill your blender with hot water to warm up the glass.
Brew coffee.
Froth your milk.
Empty blender and fill with coffee, pumpkin, coconut oil, spices and sugar or date, if using.
Pour into cup and add frothed milk.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and enjoy!
