This has been one of the most popular summer drinks in my valley for the last few years. Don’t ask me where the name came from. ‘nough said that the drink is great and you can adjust flavors and alcohol levels to your liking.
2/3 cups prosecco
Scant 1/2 cup sparkling water
4 tsp elderflower syrup
3 leaves of fresh mint
Rub inside of large bellied white wine or champagne coupe with one of the fresh mint leaves to get the most out of its flavor.
Add slice of lime and ice cubes.
Add sparkling water.
Slowly add Prosecco and elderflower syrup and mix gently.
Top with remaining mint leaves.
