This dressing is my kids’ school house dressing. It’s so good that everyone in the community has been asking for it. Thank you Chef Jason and team for taking such good care of our kids!
3/4 cup good quality olive oil
1/4 cup champagne vinegar
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2-4 mashed garlic cloves
Salt to taste
In a small bowl combine the vinegar, mustard and crushed garlic cloves.
Use a stick blender to blend, adding the oil last to emulsify. Add salt to taste.
